Belair Property Group was founded by F. Stuart Swann in 2021. Stuart was previously a Managing Director at BentallGreenOak (BGO) in New York. Prior to BGO, Stuart was an analyst with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF). Stuart graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. degree in Economics and served as captain for the Varsity Football team in 2005. Stuart holds a M.S. degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
